You had very little time to complete it but you said you would do it and you did it and you finished it on time!  You made barrier free changes to our home that were necessary for my husband who, after a four-month hospital stay, can now come home and live safely in our home. You made the house wheel chair accessible for him and you converted a main floor 2-piece powder room and an adjacent living room into a beautiful 3-piece wheelchair accessible bathroom with a shower, built in shower bench and safety bars.  And you made the living room into a bedroom with pot lighting and entries wide enough for a wheelchair.

Your trades were skillful and on time.  They were polite and a pleasure to have working in our house.  You made sure that they took Covid precautions and wore masks. This was the fourth project that you have done for us and we have been really happy with all the work that you have done for us over the years.   But this project which was made necessary because of my husband's declining health was especially challenging because you had only a few weeks to get it done!!!

"On the recommendation of our neighbor, we hired Ace Renovations and Design to undertake a renovation of our unfinished basement. Initially we met with Ace's owner Tony, to review the project, our needs and desires. He provided many helpful suggestions and tips and helped us come to a successful floor plan.
 

Tony provided us with an acceptable project budget and timetable for completion of the work. The budget included all the required labor and basic material to complete the project. We provide specialty items such as fireplace and brick, bathroom fixtures and tile, and final paint, all of which were installed by Ace Renovations and Design under the agreed budget and at no extra cost to us.
 

The work started promptly at the agreed date and progressed continuously to completion. The scheduling and coordination of the various trades flowed seamlessly thought the project.
